The training combines theory and practical exercises that help you learn to work responsibly and purposefully. Participation is based on application, so that the group remains balanced and the learning environment supports everyone's development.

Now it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive in!
This course day will gently guide you into the world of mediumistic exercises. We'll also be doing psychic exercises. You'll gain an understanding of how to distinguish between these two types of energy!
Your instructor, Tiina, will be present and online throughout the training, supporting and guiding you with a gently firm approach. She will observe your work and recognize whether you are working on a psychic or mediumistic level — and even if you happen to start improvising. :) You'll receive feedback both during and after the exercises.
